Apply for Serbia Study Visa from ‘Sticker Visa’ Bangladesh Office

  • From Bangladesh, ‘Sticker Visa’ Office at Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka accepts all categories’ Serbian visa applications & processes from the Embassy of Serbia in India.

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 90 days from the issue date of visa; at least Two unused/blank visa pages); No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
  2. Fully completed Visa Application Form – must be completed in block letters. The applicant must sign the application form, and the signature should match the signature on the passport.
  3. Two recent passport size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click here for Photo Specifications.
  4. Visa Covering Letter (Recommended) by the applicant mentioning the full name, designation, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), detailed purpose of travel, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email address and addressed to The Visa Section, Embassy of Serbia, New Delhi, India.
  5. A Confirmation of Acceptance letter (Mandatory) from the institution (school/college/university) in Serbia, stating the name of the course, full duration, and other necessary details.
  6. An Invitation Letter (Mandatory) from the Serbian Institution (school/college/university) mentioning the applicant’s name, passport number, academic duration, tuition fee amount & other details.
  7. Certificate of registration of a legal entity (Registration Certificate of school/college/university) – (Mandatory)
  8. Proof of any course fee paid to the Institution (i.e., payment receipt or acknowledgement from the University or bank transfer receipt). It is Recommended to provide.
  9. Applicant’s educational certificates and Transcripts (of SSC, HSC, Bachelor, Masters, Diploma etc. or as applicable). Any educational documents MUST BE translated into Serbian Language and Notary by any Qualified Notary Public.
  10. Accommodation Proof/confirmation document in Serbia by the applicant or Institution. It is Recommended to provide.
  11. Health/Travel insurance policy covering the duration of travel (minimum 30,000/- EUR) or at least 6 months (1 year recommended). (EXCEPTION: holders of diplomatic passports, passports of the EU countries, Schengen zone, US, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and seamen who already have health insurance covered due to their professional activities).
  12. Proof of sufficient funds for paying tuition fees and staying in Serbia (Bank Statement & Bank Solvency Certificate for the last 6 months – from the applicant or sponsor).
  13. If someone else is sponsoring rather than the applicant, then provide a separate Sponsorship Letter, valid passport copy or National ID copy of Sponsor (NID must be translated in English & notarized).

Please Note: The Serbian Embassy may ask additional documents during the Application Processing Time.

Everything has to be in English or in the Serbian Language, if anything is in Bangla, kindly translate it into English and have it notarized accordingly.
