How to Process Cambodia Visa Application from Bangladesh

Bangladeshi passport holders can process a Cambodia visa depending on the visa category.

For Visa T (Tourist Visa) and Visa E (Business Visa), applicants generally proceed through the Cambodia e-Visa system.

There are two ways to proceed with the immigration approval:

• The applicant may first obtain the Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia and then submit the e-Visa application.
• Alternatively, the applicant may submit the e-Visa application first and then request the immigration approval by providing the e-Visa application/reference number to the General Department of Immigration of Cambodia.

However, For Bangladeshi citizens, an Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia is required before the e-Visa application can be processed. The applicant must first arrange and obtain this approval directly from the General Department of Immigration of Cambodia.

Once the approval letter has been received, applicants may contact the Sticker Visa team for consultation and assistance with the Cambodia e-Visa application, document preparation, application submission and further visa processing.

For Visa C (Courtesy Visa), the application is processed through the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in New Delhi, India. A Courtesy Visa is generally intended for applicants travelling to Cambodia for official, diplomatic, government-related, institutional or other approved non-commercial purposes, where the visit is supported or recognized by the relevant Cambodian authority.

Sticker Visa can provide logistics, document submission and passport-stamping support through the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in New Delhi on behalf of the applicant, subject to the embassy’s requirements, eligibility criteria and procedures.

Please note: Sticker Visa does not arrange or obtain the Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia on behalf of applicants. The applicant must request and obtain this approval directly from the Cambodian immigration authority.

Common Supporting Documents for Cambodia Tourist or Business visa:

1. Signed visa application form.
2. Applicant’s valid passport.
3. Two copies of recent photo (35 * 45 mm, the face zoom will be 70-80%); white/light background.
4. Copy of Air Ticket booking and Hotel Booking: Both dates should be aligned.
5. Bank statement for last 6 months.
6. In case of business visa, an invitation letter, Inviting Company’s Tax Patent, and Company Registration Copy from the Organization in Cambodia where the applicant plans to visit.
7. In case of Tourist Visa, Applicant should write one covering letter with all relevant details requesting the tourist visa.
8. COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate.

Please note, applicants might be asked for additional documents by visa officers (to be defined by Cambodia’s visa officers of the relevant Embassy/Consulate General).

The fee varies on the type and category of your visa and on the scale of support you require from our team. It is requested to contact our team to learn about the exact fees & Charges that will be applicable for you.

Processing Time:

Approximate processing time is 3-4 working days from the date of submission in the Embassy.

Please add one week more with the above time-frame as official visa application transit time (both way) from Dhaka – New Delhi – Dhaka.
